2. Course Enrollment and Completion

  • Enrollment provides limited, non-transferable access to purchased course materials for a specific duration (typically 60–90 days unless otherwise stated).
  • You must complete all required modules, assessments, and evaluations to receive a Certificate of Completion.
  • Certificates will only be issued upon verification of course completion and professional identity.

3. Continuing Education Accreditation

Our courses are approved by recognized accrediting organizations such as the California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) and the Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians (BVNPT). However, it is your sole responsibility to verify that the course meets the continuing education requirements for your specific state, licensing board, or employer.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise arranged through installment providers (e.g., Klarna, Affirm).
  • We Do Not Offer Refunds for purchases for courses that been accessed.
  • Once a course is started or downloaded, no refunds or exchanges will be given.
  • Disputes related to billing or access must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including course materials, videos, text, images, and branding, is the exclusive property of CVME and protected under copyright law. You may not reproduce, share, resell, or distribute any content without written permission.

6. User Conduct
